Description
Large, That is the first thing that comes to mind as you look at Overbear. Standing 9'2" tall, the bear's frame is typical of his breed. Weighing in at over 2300 pounds of Fur, Flesh, Claws & teeth His body looks to be in excellent shape as muscles ripple under his fur. Thick broad shoulders frame his upper body in, flowing down into the broad and taunt chest. A belly that is big but not loose or flabby keeps his ursine like frame well shaped, as it flows into the thick trunk like legs. His fur a coat of thick, dark black, coarse hair that covers his body, Its deep black luster broken by the light coffee brown fur of his muzzle, foot paws, and hand paws.
His hand paws retain the basic shape of a bears paws including the thick black pads, However they have evolved into a Five fingered appendage that have very un-ursine like retractable black claws. Most striking about his fur is the mark that gives him his namesake...sunstreak. There on his head to the right of his left ear is a white streak of fur, 2" wide starts about an inch above his eye and runs down the back of his head to almost his sholderblade (a good 14").
Today he is dressed quite smartly in his dress gear. Looking from his feet up, his paws covered in polished Combat boots. Each lace in place exactly and the shine one you can almost call mirror. The bear is in a crisply pressed pair of black slack like pants, every crease and every pleat in its place. A belt comes next, a kind of brownish black color, with a bright-chromed buckle. An insignia of a bear's footprint, crossed over with a sword and rifle is on it. The bear's shirt is a clean desert tan. Short sleeved to show off his powerful arms. It too is pressed and straight like his pants. On each collar is a small gold emblem; it looks like a bears claw, with 3 silver stars under it. There is a gold nameplate over the right pocket that says "Overbear Sunstreak". Over the left pocket lays 2 rows of small ribonbars. A few different colors among them one stands out, it's blood red and has 4 gold starts on it. Next to it are 3 deep blue ones, each with 5 dark black stars on pressed into it.
Sitting upon the bears head is a black cap with a brightly polished black brim on it. This cap has a gold emblem dead in the center, a stylized bird of some kind, one talon has a rifle in it, the other a sword. Its head looks to the rifle side. A second belt that is a good 4" wide in a deep black shade and sits slightly canted upon his hips. Hung from the belt to his right side is a black leather holster, the butt of some kind of pistol shows. To his left side hung from the belt lies what looks to be a sword. A strange looking sword it is, the blade not thin, but a good 3" wide, with a odd edge to it that appears to be able to move, the 'blade' looks almost like a chainsaw blade if one was made 2 wide with thick 4" long teeth.
The deep solid black eyes lock on you. You see the glint of judgment in them. He nods to you. What are his thoughts? Does he think you prey to be played with then let go or worse? Does he think you a predator, to be shown respect and submission to? Or perhaps he has judged you an equal, someone to befriend and enjoy the company of. Perhaps all perhaps none one thing you know for sure you will have to talk to him to find out. He Smiles softly allowing a few of his teeth to show as he sees the question in your eyes. He nods again and turns back to what he was doing
